North West Summit Unites Leaders for Women’s Economic Empowerment

The Special Assistant to the President on Women Affairs, Engr.

Fatima Faruk, on the 2nd of July, was present at the North West Nigeria for Women Scale-Up Summit held at the Banquet Hall in Katsina.

With the theme “Empowering Her: Advancing Women’s Economic Empowerment Through Regional

Collaboration”, the summit brought together leaders, stakeholders, and changemakers dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for women across the North West.

Also in attendance were the Executive Governor of Katsina State, H.E. Mal. Dikko Umar Radda, PhD, the Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, Hon. Imaan Suleiman Ibrahim, and women affairs commissioners from across seven states.
